We are looking for a Social Commerce Specialist supporting QVCUK. You will help drive our Gen X Customer-focused engagement strategy across Tik Tok YouTube Meta and beyond.
Where Youll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park West London. 2 days per week.
What Youll Do
You will implement and execute a dynamic social media engagement strategy focused on Gen X customers across TikTok YouTube and Meta with plans to expand to new live social shopping platforms.
You will be the primary contact for affiliate content creators on TikTok Shop taking ownership for delivering 70% of TTS revenue in 2026 with guidance from the Senior Social Commerce Specialist.
You will be the main coordinator for external influencer relationships managing bookings nurturing partnerships and driving effectiveness across Meta YouTube and other platforms.
Youll create proactive engagement strategies to positively influence platform algorithms support our talent and partners and boost QVC UKs market presence.
You will monitor the broader social commerce landscape providing insights and recommendations engaging in company-approved interactions with competitors and identifying new opportunities for live social shopping.
What Youll Bring
Youll have experience with social media management influencer marketing or social commerce within retail e-commerce or media.
You have experience with TikTok YouTube Facebook and Instagram with a track record of building and nurturing creator and influencer relationships.
you are creative proactive and results-driven with the ability to devise and execute strategies that deliver measurable impact.
you will have an eye for trends and emerging platforms with the agility to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
