Position Responsibilities:
Process daily invoicing requests on behalf of the business including purchase orders invoicing and customer support. Retrieve and analyze data using dashboards and other data management/BI systems. Review data entry performed by other analysts provide data management and perform funding validations. Identify and implement operational improvements enhancements and system customizations to meet business requirements. Represent team in cross-team initiatives which involves supporting requirements gathering phase through project launch. Interpret and uphold funding program policies terms and conditions in daily operations. Perform as a subject matter expert and provide mentoring guidance.
Position Requirements:
Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Accounting or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Accounting or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Masters degree and two years of experience. Must have two years of experience in the following skills: translating financial contract and program language into business requirements; and owning financial reconciliations or analyses. Must have one year of experience in the following skill: mentoring and training junior team members.
