The Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Care Specialist II to support one of our this role youll help ensure that purchase orders are processed accurately shipments are delivered on time and operational workflows run smoothly. Youll coordinate with internal teams and logistics providers to maintain visibility track shipments and quickly resolve any issues that arise.

What Youll Do:

  • Track and manage purchase orders from multiple retail clients ensuring all data is captured and monitored accurately.
  • Maintain accurate order data and operational processes to guarantee smooth fulfillment across all retail partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential stock shortages to prevent delays.
  • Review lead times and minimum order quantities to ensure compliance with client and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule and confirm shipments ensuring timely delivery to distribution centers.
  • Maintain and submit Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) providing visibility and transparency for all shipments.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or delays recommending solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth workflows and resolve any cross-functional challenges.
  • Provide regular updates reports and summaries to stakeholders to keep everyone informed of order and shipment status.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing process enhancements.
