About The Role

Were looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive - Italian Speaking to join Cignas Global Employer Health team and grow our SME business across Italy Belgium and Luxembourg. This is a high-impact role where youll own the sales cycle build strong broker relationships and turn prospects into opportunities that fuel regional growth.

What Youll Do

• Generate SME leads through calls email video and social outreach.
• Build and manage a sales pipelinefrom first contact to close.
• Partner with brokers to nurture opportunities and deliver winning solutions.
• Own quotations and proposals ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Be the expert on Cignas global medical products and value proposition.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on campaigns pitches and events.
• Track performance in Salesforce and lead pipeline review meetings.
• Drive attendance for webinars seminars and conferences.

What Success Looks Like

• Hitting regional sales targets for SME medical products.
• Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality KPIs.
• Growing market share in Italy Belgium and Luxembourg.

What You Bring

• 1 year in outbound sales or B2B environment.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed targets.
• Strong communication skillsfluent Italian required.
• Tech-savvy with Excel Outlook Word.
• Hungry proactive and ready to win.
