What youll do
- Working closely with our Director of Sales youll actively win over new business and manage key relationships while working towards segment revenue goals and KPIs.
- Responsible for developing and growing key accounts within the following market segments: Groups and Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE).
- Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts.
- Generate new business through market research and liaising closely with ACCOR and the Hoxton Global Sales Team.
- Well look to you to build up Account Management Plans making sure youre in the know on the latest market news and competitor insights too.
- Organise show rounds HOX sleepovers and familiarisation trips to maximise The Hoxtons exposure amongst key decision makers
- Complete all other duties tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Sales.
- Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new group business opportunities in corporate social and event segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with group clients including event planners corporate clients and associations.
- Conduct sales presentations site inspections and client meetings to promote the propertys group facilities and services.
- Analyse groups & events data and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and brand standards.
