Salary: 30000 - 45000
Hours: Mon - Fri
Job Description
My client is a leading and fast growing Electrical Wholesaler Based in the West Midlands and South West. They are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join their fast-paced Birmingham branch.
Youll be the first point of contact for customers providing product advice preparing quotations processing orders and helping to grow branch sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers by phone email and at the trade counter
- Provide quotations source products and follow up on enquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Support the external sales team with pricing and stock information
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through our system
- Help maintain an organised and welcoming trade counter environment
What Were Looking For
- Experience in electrical wholesale trade counter & sales
- Good product knowledge of electrical items (lighting distribution containment etc.)
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- A proactive team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
