The Marketing Operations Lead owns the strategy systems and processes that power Opt Healths customer acquisition and digital marketing performance. Youll lead all marketing operations from SEO and paid media to landing-page conversion and automation ensuring every dollar and click is measurable and optimized.
This role bridges strategy and execution: a hands-on operator who can build scalable systems analyze performance data and guide cross-functional teams toward predictable high-quality lead generation.

Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the marketing tech stack (CRM integrations HubSpot / Salesforce / ActiveCampaign / Zapier / GA4).
- Implement proper campaign tracking tagging and attribution.
- Build and manage dashboards to measure key KPIs: acquisition volume CPL CAC ROAS and conversion.
- Partner with RevOps and analytics teams for end-to-end funnel visibility.
- Develop and execute SEO strategy keyword planning technical optimization content alignment backlinking.
- Manage and optimize paid media across Google Ads Meta Bing YouTube and retargeting platforms.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging CTAs and landing-page experiences with acquisition goals.
- Measure and report ROI by channel; reallocate budgets based on performance data.
- Oversee Opt Healths WordPress site including design and performance optimizations.
- Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns and new products.
- Conduct A/B testing for layout copy and user flow to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure site health: page speed mobile responsiveness SEO compliance and analytics tracking.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows (lead nurture scoring reactivation).
- Integrate automation with CRM and ad platforms to streamline the lead journey.
- Maintain list segmentation tagging and data hygiene standards.
- Partner with Sales and Client Liaisons to ensure proper lead hand-off and follow-up SLAs.
- Act as the marketing systems SME training and supporting cross-functional users.
- Partner with Sales RevOps and Client Success to ensure consistent funnel metrics and reporting.
- Present actionable insights and growth recommendations to leadership.
- Manage relationships with external vendors (agencies developers and tool providers).
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in marketing operations digital acquisition or growth marketing.
- Proven track record managing SEO Google Ads Meta Ads and WordPress site optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Google Ads WordPress or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset expert in Google Analytics 4 Tag Manager Search Console and Tableau / Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with A/B testing CRO and funnel optimization tools.
- Comfortable translating marketing data into business insights and strategic actions.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience in health services wellness or subscription-based businesses preferred.
Advantages:
