Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in healthcare or business related field required. Two (2) years of relatable work experience may count as one (1) year of education.
• Minimum of three (3) years leadership experience required. Experience in related healthcare leadership preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive work experience in a relevant healthcare setting required.
• Possess knowledge and understanding related to research preparation interpretation and presentation of comprehensive reports required.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of the health care environment healthcare reform and care delivery systems required.
• Possess knowledge of government and reimbursement regulations and requirements and HIPAA guidelines as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Excellent organizational skills detail-oriented a self-starter possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
• Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy.
• Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.

Management Job Duties:

Drive organizational objectives by operationalizing changes and initiatives effectively and efficiently. Proactively anticipate both the needs of Logan Health and the impact operations has on the organizations success. Collect and analyze data prepare and present recommendations and explain associated benefits and risks for improving operations.

Job Specific Duties:

• Manages and ensures the day-to-day operating needs of the assigned area(s).
• Ensures optimum patient care services from initial contact to close of services. Works with leadership to respond to patient concerns fosters an environment of immediate service recovery and transparency for questions and issues. Drives culture to improve patient experience service and access.
• Provides input into the budget process for the assigned area(s). Operates within the context of the established budget. Maximizes opportunities to meet and exceed budget guidelines. Monitors provides statistical reporting and implements changes necessary to comply with budget maximizes revenues productivity and efficiencies and contain expenses. Develops clear goals to address variances to the budget.
• Works closely with the finance department and revenue cycle to support the timely accurate documentation and response to revenue cycle requests as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Monitors and ensures compliance with all required legal requirements and governmental reporting regulations.
• Ensures all business functions are operative and all processes and procedures are effectively and efficiently in place and are aligned with Logan Health policies and procedures. Creates goals in collaboration with assigned leadership for operations and ensures that these goals are in line with organizational goals.
• Ensures compliance with safety risk management infection prevention workplace safety standards and quality standards as applicable to assigned area(s).
• As applicable to assigned area(s): Monitors and ensures compliance with local state and federal regulatory practices to include HQAA accreditation standards FDA DOT HIPPA Medicare/Medicaid; responsible for writing grants and overseeing all current grant reporting requirements reports data and other grant communications related to assigned area(s).

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
