Your Roles

Student Works Fredericton is looking for a Sales Manager to help manage clients jobsites and sales. The position includes bonus incentives autonomous work culture with the ability for more responsibility/pay.

This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role training and managing workers dealing with clients and day-to-day scheduling.

Training and development will be continuously provided as long as candidate is coachable hard-working and willing to learn.

Requirements:Were looking for a manager with a valid drivers license access to a vehicle high school diploma and preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary).

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall planning scheduling and assignment of project tasks associated with the project at hand.

- Managing clients and expectations.

- Selling work.

- Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner.

- Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients.

Location: General Fredericton area.
