Qualifications
A lead for network Standards is sound on Network Lan/Wan/Wireless technology. He should be well versed with Cisco Lan Wireless SDWAN SD access technology. Should have strong knowledge on IP addressing Subnetting. He should know well on Ford defined network standards.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily network design reviews.
- Evaluate LAN/WAN designs to ensure compliance with Ford network standards.
- Review proposed network changes for accuracy and adherence to Ford standards.
- Serve as a LAN planner when required with the ability to translate network requirements into comprehensive solutions.
- Represent network standards in various global meetings as needed.
- Contribute to and lead initiatives for automating network design processes in 2026.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent with Cisco CCNA or above certification.
