Werribee and Western Automotive group is on the hunt for a Delivery Coordinator based in Werribee to fulfil administrative duties in our growing professional sales team.
Some of the functions include but not limited to:
- Assist Sales & Stock Controller with delivery coordination duties.
- Quality control on all outgoing vehicle deliveries.
- Era/Pentana experience preferred but not essential.
- Liaising recording and communicating delivery details with customers.
- Booking deliveries alongside Stock Control.
- Coordinate aftermarket accessory fitting to vehicles.
- Together with Stock Control fulfil other adhoc admin duties such as dealer swaps registrations etc.
- Coordinate/process vehicle repairs and get ready orders.
- Assist with acquisitions and disposal tasks.
- Reviewing floor plan levels and ensuring correct stock allocation alongside management.
- General administration duties.
