Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator West Brisbane

Term 1 2026 start
Full time permanent position
To be successful in the role a candidate must have;

Minimum 3 years experience in a Nominated Supervisor position in an Out of School Hours Care/Vacation Care Service;
Proven ability to foster warm and professional relationships with children families and members of our School community;
Experience and ability to lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management;
Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of the service;
An understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation;
Hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education)
Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement

Appreciation of boys education and building meaningful healthy relationships with young men
Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of the school
