- To be successful in the role a candidate must have;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Nominated Supervisor position in an Out of School Hours Care/Vacation Care Service;
- Proven ability to foster warm and professional relationships with children families and members of our School community;
- Experience and ability to lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management;
- Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of the service;
- An understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation;
- Hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education)
- Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement

- Appreciation of boys education and building meaningful healthy relationships with young men
- Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of the school
