Our program is designed to support young adults who are navigating the challenges of transitioning to independence while learning to manage their mental health. We use an integrated therapeutic model with psychotherapists managing a small caseload of clients and providing individual group and family therapy. The therapeutic environment fosters a collaborative team-based approach allowing staff to work together in supporting each clients progress. This position offers an exciting blend of hands-on clinical work and the chance for in-depth exploration and development of clinical skills.

- Case consultation and treatment team collaboration

Required skills and experience:
We are currently seeking a dynamic licensed psychotherapist psychologist therapist clinician LCPC or LCSW with minimum 5 years of direct clinical experience working in mental health settings with neurodivergent adolescents and/or young adults. Our applicant should have a strong understanding of clinical work. Masters degree or higher in psychology counseling social work or a related field is required.
