Reporting to the Area Managing Director - Pak the Area Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Pakistan market and delivering agreed budgets across multiple products and services. You will lead a diverse commercial portfolio and drive coach upskill and performance-manage the sales organization within the Area. Given the seniority and visibility of this role you should be able to inspire attract build and steer a strong sales function that consistently delivers customer value and business results.
As part of the IMEA Cluster and a key member of the Pakistan Area Leadership Team you will collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional colleagues to support the wider transformation journey and strengthen commercial performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver Results as per Budget
- Lead and set direction for the sales organization to achieve the Pakistan Area budget- driving volume revenue growth and profitability
- Drive the commercial and digital agenda; strengthen the Maersk brand; and build customer value propositions that maximise revenue and margin
- Coach and guide the sales teams to grow the full suite of Maersk logistics and services
- Define targets develop sales incentives and manage performance to achieve results
Customer Satisfaction
- Continuously enhance sales methodology; introduce global initiatives digital tools and best practices aligned with IMEA priorities
- Monitor the Areas Net Promoter Score (NPS) and drive actions that improve customer experience
Stakeholder Management
- Lead transformation in alignment with global cluster and Area strategy
- Promote best-practice sharing across Pakistan and with IMEA/global peers
- Build strong internal relationships and provide commercial input to product and delivery teams to refine value propositions
Build and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team
- Ensure succession plans for key leadership roles including your own
- Coach and develop direct reports fostering a culture of performance and learning
- Drive engagement and build a strong inclusive team environment
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience including 10 years in senior sales leadership roles preferably within Supply Chain Logistics Transportation or related industries
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the Area
- Proven ability to lead teams through transformation driving change with clarity resilience and a forward-looking mindset.
- A proven C-level sales leader with strong commercial strategy expertise
- Strong cross-functional experience across Product Services Delivery and Customer teams
- Tech-savvy and passionate about transformation and digitalisation
- Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex logistics challenges
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing large teams
- Comfortable managing ambiguity in a fast-evolving market
- Self-driven energetic and passionate about customers and the Pakistan logistics landscape
- A relevant Masters or postgraduate degree is preferred
