Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Maintain records of janitorial staff schedules attendance and work orders.
- Prepare reports memos and correspondence related to cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and process purchase orders.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling janitorial staff for daily and special events.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and supply deliveries.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to health safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain documentation for inspections and compliance audits.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between janitorial staff client administration and external contractors.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
Financial Support:
- Process invoices track expenses and assist with budget monitoring for janitorial services.
Qualifications
- Must have a Valid Start Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
- 12 years of administrative experience; facilities or janitorial experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety regulations.
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
