Job Summary

As a New Accounts Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for branch teams providing expert guidance and support on account opening and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced phone-based environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with firm standards.

What Youll Do
>Support Branch Teams: Handle inbound calls related to account onboarding documentation and maintenance.
>Ensure Accuracy: Review and process account documentation providing timely updates and corrections.
>Maintain Compliance: Adhere to firm policies and regulatory requirements including the USA Patriot Act.
>Client Identification Support (Level II): Provide support for documentation requirement
>Deliver Exceptional Service: Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally building trust with internal clients.
>Collaborate & Learn: Partner with colleagues and stay informed on evolving policies and systems.

>Strong verbal and written communication skills.
>Ability to work effectively in a 100% phone-based environment.
>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
>Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint).
>High level of professionalism adaptability and accountability.
Preferred:
>College degree or equivalent experience.
>Customer service experience in financial services.
>General knowledge of financial markets and AML/KYC regulations.
