The Role

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our IT systems while providing support to staff. You will work across Microsoft 365 Azure desktops laptops mobile devices AV systems and cybersecurity to keep our technology secure reliable and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 Azure and on-premises environments for performance availability and security
• Provide Level 13 end-user support across hardware software AV systems and mobile devices
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and monitor for incidents or vulnerabilities
• Maintain documentation SOPs and self-service guides
• Support IT projects change management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with automation of routine tasks and optimisation of processes

About You

• Tertiary qualification in IT or related field
• 3 years experience managing Microsoft environments (servers desktops patching monitoring backup)
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 Intune Teams SharePoint and OneDrive
• Knowledge of ITSM/CMDB tools patch management and endpoint security
• Strong problem-solving communication and documentation skills
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement with a proactive team-oriented approach
