About the role
You will lead engineering in AIPS Recommendations enabling AI/ML services that match quality candidates to jobs.
You will design and own scalable components evolve system architecture and ensure production reliability and non-functional SLAs.
You will coordinate delivery to roadmaps support algorithm experiments and turn results into platform improvements.
You will lead a small team of engineers provide line management and coach for growth. You will collaborate with Data Science Product and stakeholders to influence product evolution across SEEKs global services.
Responsibilities
- Design build maintain scalable high-performance services
- Own architecture aligned to SEEK engineering principles
- Ensure consistent uptime; troubleshoot; meet non-functional SLAs
- Coordinate design and delivery to agreed roadmaps
- Support experiments; apply results to improve platforms
- Lead engineers; manage performance and career development
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product to drive decisions
Qualifications :
Skills and experience
- Bachelors in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10 years software engineering with hands-on coding
- Proficient in Python Scala or Java; strong SQL; Linux/Bash
- Deep AWS experience (EC2 ECS SQS SNS Lambda S3 SageMaker)
- Experience with serverless containers CI/CD and modern DevOps
- Proven ability to build resilient scalable systems
