Take the lead in shaping enterprise change maturity and capability. This secondment offers the chance to deliver impactful initiatives that strengthen people change maturity across the organisation.
About the Role
Join our Enterprise Delivery team as an ECM Change Manager for a 12-month secondment. Youll support the execution of initiatives that uplift change maturity manage enterprise heat map processes and collaborate with stakeholders to embed best practices for people change across Suncorp.
What Youll Do
- Support the ECM team to deliver initiatives that build change capability and maturity across the organisation.
- Own and manage enterprise heat map processes including tooling data collection moderation reporting and recommendations.
- Act as the primary contact for The Change Compass provider managing feedback support requests and changes.
- Provide reporting for VRO cycles and ad-hoc stakeholder requests ensuring insights drive decision-making.
- Facilitate key forums such as the Change Community of Practice and Change Leadership Forum promoting engagement and collaboration.
- Drive visibility of ECM through coaching information sessions and change events to support leaders and teams.
What Youll Bring
- Formal change management certification (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in change management within a large corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of project management in Agile environments and ability to work independently.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills including presenting complex information simply.
- Proficiency in data analysis and insights with strong problem-solving capability.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives adapt to ambiguity and deliver at pace.
Interviews will be arranged after the Christmas Shutdown period.
