Job Summary

Description

To identify assess select implement develop and maintain supply arrangements for all 3rd party products and services in line with the company policies and procedures whilst ensuring the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) and meeting agreed demands and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively partake from sourcing to contracting activities that includes new vendor sourcing onboarding due diligence negotiations vendor management and contract management.
  • Work with stakeholder to secure final signed off scope of works requirements and budget estimates and develop a go to market strategy for relevant goods and services to secure the best outcomes in terms of price quality and delivery with emphasis on TCO.
  • Manage RFx activities bid / quote evaluations price negotiations and PO award.
  • Responsible and accountable for procurement governance in line with Vertiv Organization Process Assets (OPA) and SOX compliance.
  • Conduct periodical Vendor Performance reviews.
  • Take part in internal and external audits.
  • Develop and maintain yearly procurement savings budget and track savings against the budget monthly.
  • Continuously improve procurement KPIs i.e. savings payment terms and contract coverage
  • Contribute to VOS (Vertiv Operating System) which is focused on process improvement through ideation and brainstorming.
  • Oversight and approval of variations (both pricing and contractual) and ePRs.
  • Point of contact for all procurement advice to stakeholders in ANZ.
  • Develop and establishprocurement best practices for related project and act as a custodian of the procurement discipline.

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience working within a professional services contractor construction or engineering manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with contract negotiations & contract management
  • Ability to work from the office in Bella Vista 5 days a week.
