VicRoads is progressing August 2022 we started on a new chapter when the Victorian State Government partnered with Aware Super Australian Retirement Trust and Macquarie Asset Management to operate registration and licensing services on its behalf.

We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access infrastructure and safety.

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic Technology Operations team. As a team member you will play a pivotal role in working with our business and helping to support and provide engineering services to the digital platform. You will work alongside a group of passionate professionals who are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to be the frontline face of technology support at VicRoads. As a Tech Bar Analyst youll play a key role in empowering employees across our corporate offices and Customer Service Centres by delivering highquality customerfirst technology support.

In this handson role youll provide walkup assistance through the Tech Bar deliver onsite support and ensure all technology requests are logged resolved and tracked effectively in ServiceNow. Youll support device builds onboarding and offboarding activities and provide troubleshooting across laptops desktops mobile devices and peripherals. Youll also support meeting room and AV technology including setup for Townhall events and work closely with AV partners to resolve issues.

Youll thrive in this role if you have:

• Strong troubleshooting skills across end-user devices (Windows MacOS and Android) M365 Wi-Fi and peripherals.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience in Tech Bar or field support environments

• Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
