Key Requirements
- 35 years of experience managing IT or product deployment projects
- Experience working with hardware/software integration projects (e.g. IoT smart devices)
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across manufacturing IT and logistics to deliver on time.
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills across all levels of the organization
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver measurable results
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex cross-functional projects focused on the deployment of smart parcel lockers ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with manufacturing IT and logistics teams to develop and execute project timelines effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients facilitating clear communication and addressing project needs to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project health and manage competing priorities employing high-level problem-solving skills.
- Engage with senior leadership to align project objectives with strategic goals and timelines ensuring management support and resources.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to track project progress enhance collaboration and streamline workflows.
