Job Summary
SEIDOR GESEIN is a technology-driven company specialized in delivering innovative IT solutions for enterprise environments. We work with cutting-edge architectures and Microsoft ecosystems to support digital transformation projects for large organizations.
We are currently looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to design lead and evolve complex corporate systems within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Tasks
Main Responsibilities
- Define and establish standards for design development quality and testing.
- Design and communicate solution architecture.
- Define interoperability and interfaces with other systems.
- Gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business user and technical needs into architectural solutions.
- Align business goals project benefits priorities and solution components.
- Analyze existing systems and propose improvements.
- Identify solution alternatives and architectures.
- Maintain and govern the architecture throughout the solution life cycle.
- Estimate and size software developments.
- Contribute to solution design QA testing and change management.

Requirements
Education & Languages
- Mandatory university degree in a relevant ICT discipline.
- Minimum English level: B2 (CEFR).
Professional Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT.
- At least 5 years in similar roles or related projects.
Certifications (At least two required)
- Master-level certification in a relevant software development or solution architecture domain (e.g. TOGAF).
- Certified UML Professional Foundation level.
- Other internationally recognized equivalent certifications (subject to validation).
Required Competencies
The candidate must demonstrate:
- Experience as Lead Architect in at least two software systems.
- Advanced experience in solution and system architecture.
- Corporate-level solution design experience.
- Capacity planning and system security expertise.
