Job Description:
We are seeking a Part-Time IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide remote assistance to users experiencing basic technical issues. This role requires a blend of IT troubleshooting and customer service skills to effectively communicate and resolve common problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT help requests via tickets chat and email.
- Resolve issues such as password resets email access problems software support and basic device troubleshooting.
- Utilize support documentation to provide consistent solutions.
- Track and update ticket notes with the provided solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support when necessary.
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the support process.
- Adhere to internal security guidelines when accessing systems or user accounts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be based in the Poland and available for work.
- Basic understanding of IT support concepts including Windows/Mac basics email tools and troubleshooting methods.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a designated home workspace.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in helpdesk support service desk or technical support is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira Service Desk Zendesk Freshservice or ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Comfortable guiding non-technical users through troubleshooting steps.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $1900 per month
- Maximum Salary: $2500 per month
