Job Summary

What youll do

Provide technical support to clients via phone email or chat handling inquiries related to product usage connectivity and functionality.
Perform initial troubleshooting: check network devices software setups; guide
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to advanced support teams documenting cases clearly in ticketing or CRM systems.
Contribute to updates to the knowledge base and suggest improvements based on recurring issues.
Work with a hybrid setup; shift work is part of the role including evenings/weekends when needed.

What were looking for

Fluent German (C1 or higher) with strong written and spoken skills plus good English (B2 or higher).
Previous experience in technical or customer support (helpdesk contact centre or IT support).
Comfortable explaining technical details to nontechnical users with patience clear communication and good problemsolving skills.
Experience (or willingness) working across different communication channels (chat email phone) and documenting support cases in a CRM/ticketing system.
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends or evenings adapting to a supportoriented schedule.
