- Review and moderate online content to ensure it adheres to established guidelines and standards.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or potential issues.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all evaluations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Norwegian with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a contact center is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
