Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate online content to ensure it adheres to established guidelines and standards.
Identify and escalate inappropriate content or potential issues.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content quality.
Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation processes.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all evaluations.

Qualifications

Fluency in Norwegian with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in content moderation or a contact center is a plus but not required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
