About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support business clients using cloud-based solutions. The role is fully on-site in Athens and involves handling B2B inquiries assisting customers with cloud service usage and supporting pre-sales and account-related processes.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B cloud services SaaS IaaS or IT customer support is required.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support to B2B clients via phone email and chat in English.

Assist with cloud platform navigation product features and service usage.

Identify customer needs and route qualified opportunities to internal teams.

Handle account-related topics such as billing subscriptions and access issues.

Escalate complex or technical requests to specialized departments.

Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Meet quality productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

At least 1 year of experience in B2B cloud services SaaS IaaS or IT customer support.

Solid understanding of cloud environments and digital tools.

Strong communication problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work rotational shifts (MondaySunday).

EU passport or valid Greek work authorization.

Availability to work on-site in Athens.
