About the Role
Join a global consumer services company as an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative. Provide exceptional customer support remotely while receiving full paid training and relocation support (if relocating from the EU).
Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers of a world-renowned brand

Handle inquiries via phone email or chat in Italian

Solve customer issues with empathy and efficiency

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries

Become a product expert through a 10-day paid training program
Requirements

Italian C2 (written & spoken)

English B2

Strong communication and active listening skills

Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset

EU passport or valid Greek work permit
