- Reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities in Dutch-speaking markets.
- Present and promote services or products clearly and professionally in Dutch (and English as needed) tailoring offers to client needs and ensuring smooth followup and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients: respond to inquiries handle renewals or upgrades and support clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams sales support operations to coordinate client onboarding technical or service support and ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Track sales activities leads pipeline and performance metrics use data to support decisionmaking and help improve outreach and conversion.
What were looking for
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1) with excellent written and spoken communication; good English to operate in our international environment.
- Previous experience in sales business development customer service account management or similar ideally in a B2B or multilingual context.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills confident communication and a customer oriented approach.
- Self motivated target-driven and able to work independently while collaborating with a multicultural team.
- Ability to manage deadlines multiple leads/accounts and maintain accurate documentation.
