Without a distribution function backed by a wide range of technical services and commercial support many products you use would never reach the market and its likely that the hardware and software in your home or office have passed through our warehouses before reaching the market.

Internship Purpose:

As a Sales Backoffice Trainee you would support the full ordermanagement process handling orders via email coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth resolution of any issues that arise during the order cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders through the shared system.

• Communicate with customers via email only for orderrelated matters.

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Credit Sales Logistics) when orders require followup.

• Ensure accurate and timely order entry and tracking.

• Support the Sales Operations team in daily administrative and back-office tasks.

• Collaborate with colleagues to distribute and manage incoming order volume.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational and systematic working style.

• Proactive outgoing and eager to learn.

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of Excel (very important).

• Experience with SAP or RMT systems is a plus.

• Responsible structured and good communication skills.

• Nice to have: English.
