German-Speaking Customer Service & Reservations Specialist Hospitality Sector
KATS Recruitment is partnering with a leading international hospitality group to recruit a German-Speaking Customer Service & Reservations Specialist. In this role you will support German-speaking customers while actively contributing to reservation sales and overall customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in German with a strong focus on service quality

Support customers with hotel reservations inquiries and booking-related requests

Actively promote hotel offerings and successfully close reservations

Provide clear accurate information while resolving customer questions efficiently

Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with brand standards
Candidate Profile

Fluent German (spoken and written)

Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Sales-driven attitude with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in customer service sales or hospitality is an advantage
