Description:

This position will report within the Field Service Supervision & Efficiency group. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the project management framework related to the Field Management Market & Branch Hierarchy. The position will require coordination and collaboration across Wealth Management business areas. As part of the project management team quality checks data analysis and reporting will be a critical component of this function.

Responsibilities:

• Support Field Service in tracking and monitoring the execution of all key components related to Market & Branch Hierarchy changes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the overall project framework.
• Develop data analysis reports to maintain all underlying frameworks for Branch Numbers.
• Provide support for strategic initiatives related to Branch Number Expansion in collaboration with technology partners.
• Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for management and business partner meetings.
• Offer additional support for ad-hoc projects within the Field Service Operations organization.

Skills Required:

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
• Proficient project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BA or BS preferred but not required
