Requirements
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in IT Computer Science Information Systems or related field
Organized willing to learn and able to follow step by step procedures
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Work well as a team and independently with good attention to details
Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeline
Knowledge of the below system or programme language is an advantage:
oMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI)
oExcel and Power Query for simple data cleaning
oSimple scripting concepts (e.g. Python basics)

Fresh graduates and gap year students will also be considered

Responsibilities
Build simple apps flows and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform under guidance supporting the digital development of Smart Operating for Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit
Run test cases record issues and retest after fixes
Prepare user guides screenshots FAQs and change logs and conduct user briefing sessions
Undertake regular administrative tasks and conduct research
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
