Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee OTC Claims!
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire OTC this role you will be expected to work to strict deadlines in a business environment. This role may require travelling to onshore sites for Knowledge Transfer.

Responsibilities
Manage the OTC Claims portfolio and maintain strong customer relations.
Researches and resolves customer deductions.
Researches and resolves disposition items.
Status reporting on customer deductions
Establish relationships and maintain close contact with the appropriate business unit and corporate personnel.
Make appropriate reports and recommendations on claims problems and issues to supervisor.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Respond to customer emails and phone calls related to payment / dispute status.
Determine if the disputes are valid and issue credit memos (If valid dispute)
File Claim of payment in customer Portals if Disputes are invalid.
Review disputed reasons such as pricing shortages damages rebates co-ops and returns.
Obtain data from customers freight forwarders and business units.
Obtain documentation to support Businesss position on invoices which are disputed and prepare necessary documentation to rebill customers.
Should be able to independently manage assigned targets for calls & aged AR claims.
Should be able to speak to the US based clients to discuss the input and resolve any queries regarding disputes.
Research any full open invoices which customers have disputed.
Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload.
Assist in SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating.
Deliver the required data for audit purposes.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
B. Com Graduate or equivalent experience.
Prior Work Experience.
Detail oriented.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high credibility at all levels of the organization.
Must have strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficient in using the MS Office package especially with MS Excel (some hands-on Experience) PowerPoint Outlook.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Relevant OTC domain experience & some SAP experience is mandatory.
Preferred Qualification
Prior experience with SharePoint SalesForce and PowerBI preferred.
Experience with OnBase FSCM and TPM preferred.
Candidates with prior voice experience (US) preferred.
Experience with international process transition would be an added advantage.
Candidates with valid US Visa preferred.
