Montefiore is seeking a dynamic Chief Information Officer to lead our Information Communication & Technology (ICT) function. Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders youll shape and deliver a forward-thinking technology strategy that drives innovation and supports organisational goals.

Broadly the core responsibilities include:

• Leadership of the IT team to build and promote a high performing and service-oriented culture
• Developing and adapting the IT strategy to support organisational growth and evolving needs
• Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
• Oversight of the IT budget and expenditure including asset management
• Oversight of Projects
• Manage and mitigate risks to ensure robust system integrity and cyber security
• Technical environment is secure efficient and operational

Alongside meeting the essential criteria youll bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire and empower your team and influence decision making at a senior management level. Importantly ICT governance is integral to your professional identity and approach.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or relevant field
• Proven experience in a similar senior IT management position (health care experience will be highly regarded)
• Demonstrated experience in managing technology implementation projects
• Proven ability to think strategically and commercially with advanced analytical skills strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
• Strong leadership skills adept at conflict resolution with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Thorough knowledge of network infrastructure cyber security and business applications
