Think conferences celebrations launches official openings fundraising events and more if it brings people together youll be at the heart of it.

What You Will Be Doing

You will work closely with our Events & Communications Manager to:

Coordinate engaging internal and external events both in-person and online
Manage registrations logistics suppliers dignitaries and VIPs
Support launches official openings and major conferences
Bring polished professional experiences to life from concept to completion
Collaborate across MarComms senior leaders and operational teams
Keep everything running smoothly with excellent admin and systems skills
Travel throughout NSW ACT and interstate when needed (hello road trips!)

We offer hybrid working with a minimum of two days a week in the role is for a maximum term of twelve months and can be full time or 4 days a week. These options will be discussed during the recruitment process

About You

Youre a confident communicator a natural organiser and a creative problem-solver. People trust you because youre calm under pressure incredibly reliable and always two steps ahead!

You will also bring:

Formal qualifications or equivalent experience in event coordination
Minimum 3 years experience planning and running events
Experience creating event-related content and using digital communication tools
Strong stakeholder management including senior executives
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
A drivers licence and the flexibility to travel
An understanding of and alignment with BaptistCares values
