About the Role
Amazon Fashion & Beauty is seeking an Art Director to define and scale the creative vision for one of the fastest-growing categories this role youll own the visual identity across campaigns brand launches and key eventstranslating insights trends and customer needs into impactful high-quality creatives. Youll raise the bar for visual excellence invent new ways to improve visual CX tell category stories and drive consistency and innovation across every touchpoint.

Define and evolve the visual design language for Fashion & Beauty ensuring a consistent and inspiring customer experience.
Lead the end-to-end creative strategy and execution for sale events strategic projects marquee launches seasonal campaigns brand collaborations and store experiences.
Partner closely with marketing category and product teams to align creative decisions with business goals and customer insights.
Invent and simplify creative processes to drive efficiency without compromising on quality.
Raise the bar by mentoring and developing a team of designersproviding direction feedback and clarity to ensure creative excellence.
Review critique and approve creative work maintaining high standards for design quality storytelling and brand coherence.
Stay ahead of cultural fashion and design trends to bring fresh thinking and relevance to every campaign.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality creative at speed and scale.
About the team
The Brand and Creative team is a group of marketers graphic designers program managers copywriters curators and creative thinkers. The team comprises of the following charters - Curation Content Copy and Design. Together we collaboratively plan and execute the creative direction for all Fashion and Beauty led editorial category central product (UX) influencer-led initiatives In line with our vision to make Amazon Fashion Indias largest and most loved destination for fashion and beauty shopping.
- 3 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with CRM tools and systems that can be leveraged to drive customer engagement - including but not limited to Adobe Salesforce Unica Marketo Exact Target Braze etc.
- Experience building executing and scaling digital programmatic campaigns from concept to completion
