Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are eager to make a positive impact on customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support Assistant you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need while navigating our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
