Role Overview
We are looking for an Intermediate Project/Program Manager to lead andcoordinate complex globalinitiatives across multiple streams. The ideal professionalwill be responsible for ensuring that all project dimensionsscope timelines budget risks andqualityare fully respected while maintaining transparentcommunication with all stakeholders.
This role requires excellent organizationalskills strong analytical thinking and the ability to operate in highlydynamic demanding environments. Fluent English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure effective and efficient management of scope deadlines cost andquality.
Develop implement and guarantee compliancewith all project plansincluding communication risk assessment mitigation and execution.
Ensure financialexecution remains aligned with the overall project plan.
Maintain strongstakeholder communication ensuring alignment clarity andtimely decision-making.
Prepare projectreports dashboards and management information for governanceand executive visibility.
Identify risks blockers and dependenciesensuring proper escalation and resolution.
MandatoryRequirements (Must-Have)

Bachelors degree in Information Technology SoftwareEngineering Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar.
Strong writtenand verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work in collaborative cross-functional globalteams.
Strong criticalthinking and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English(written and spoken) Mandatory.
Hands-on experience managing global complex projects with multiplestreams.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
