About the Role
A leading international financial services environmentis looking for an Experienced Business Analyst to join a Finance& IT Squad (CRAC Team). This role is ideal for professionals who enjoyworking at the intersection of finance technology and business processessupporting mission-critical systems and reporting tools.
You will collaborate closely with Finance Risk and ITstakeholders contributing to the continuous improvement of financialinformation systems reporting processes and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operational activities of the CRAC Squad with a strong focus on integration flows
- Act as a key contact point for business users responding efficiently to application-related requests
- Organize and deliver user training sessions as required
- Track and follow up on IT and administrative incidents
- Monitor financial and accounting flows within the CRAC scope
- Administer and enhance reporting and data analysis tools
- Propose productivity and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure quality consistency and organization of functional and administrative systems
- Contribute to the evolution of Finance Information Systems in collaboration with Finance and Risk teams
- Provide business and functional expertise during projects (analysis testing acceptance training)
- Anticipate the impact of projects on reporting processes and tools
- Maintain deep knowledge of users financial processes and reporting ecosystems
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or higher education in Computer Science IT or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and/or Financial project environments
- Mandatory experience administering relational database tools
- Proven background as a Business Analyst in financial contexts
Language Requirements
- French Advanced (mandatory)
- English Intermediate (mandatory)

Additional Information
