Job Summary

Site Supervisor

Location: Weston Super Mare

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

What youll do:

Youll support the Contract Manager by coordinating field teams monitoring quality planning work schedules and ensuring Health & Safety standards are met. This is a practical on-the-ground role where youll lead by example operate machinery when needed and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Field Teams to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance
Carry out daily site checks and resolve issues quickly
Plan PPM and extra works ensuring efficient delivery
Operate and maintain grounds maintenance machinery
Ensure Health & Safety environmental and quality compliance
Keep accurate records and attend client meetings when required
Identify and support the delivery of additional works

What Youll Bring

Experience in grounds maintenance landscaping or horticulture
SSSTS
Previous supervisory or team leader experience
Strong communication organisation and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work outdoors in all weather
Confidence using modern equipment and following H&S procedures

Desirable First Aid and CPCS
