Wayman Education is recruiting a SEN TA for a welcoming school in Greenwich. The SEN TA will deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions help adapt classroom resources support social communication programmes and liaise with therapists and families. This SEN TA vacancy starts January 2026 with induction and handover planned before January 2026 so the SEN TA is ready to begin the spring term.

Main duties
- Deliver targeted interventions and monitor progress providing clear feedback to the SENCo.
- Support pupils in-class to access differentiated tasks and practise newly taught skills.
- Assist with sensory communication or personal-care routines as required and follow care plans.
- Liaise with external professionals contribute to review meetings and help prepare transition documentation in Greenwich.
- Keep accurate records of interventions and contribute to school-wide inclusion initiatives.
Person specification
- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND and confidence delivering interventions as a SEN TA.
- Calm patient and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills for working across Greenwich.
- Available to commence January 2026 and to attend induction and handover sessions prior to January 2026.
