About the Role
The school is seeking a creative skilled and reflective Design & Technology Teacher who can contribute to a dynamic curriculum rooted in problem-solving project-based learning and modern design practice. You will have opportunities to teach across a range of materials modelling techniques CAD/CAM technologies and prototyping processes.

ECTs will benefit from considerable support including dedicated mentoring a reduced timetable joint lesson planning and ongoing professional development. The department values innovation risk-taking sustainability and the integration of digital technologies in the design process.

You will guide students through concept development research modelling technical drawing CAD software workshop processes and final construction fostering technical precision and creative confidence.

Experience and Qualifications
QTS/PGCE (ECTs encouraged to apply)
Degree in Design & Technology Product Design Engineering or related field
Strong understanding of workshop safety and materials processes
Interest in sustainability and modern design industries
Passion for fostering creativity and independent thinking
