Job Summary
A forward-thinking secondary school in Northamptonshire is seeking an enthusiastic Geography ECT to join its supportive Humanities faculty from January 2026.

The Role
You will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 delivering a curriculum that links physical and human geography with contemporary global issues. Shared planning and resources provide structure while allowing you to develop your own teaching style.
You will:
Teach engaging enquiry-based lessons

Receive regular mentoring and developmental feedback
