Job Summary

Were looking for hands-on Production Associates to join our Production team in Sydney (Wetherill Park NSW 2164).
In this role youll be at the heart of our operations helping to prepare handle and pack high-quality products that bring joy to our customers kitchens.What youll do
- Receive handle pick and pack products following procedures.
- Accurately record and track work using our systems and tools.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process; inspect products for damage or defects.
- Monitor shelf life and expiry dates to minimise waste and maintain product freshness.
- Report issues or discrepancies to supervisors early to support smooth workflow.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) safety rules and workplace policies.
What youll bring
- Availability to work 5 days per week with flexible start times from 4:00am (shifts may vary).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy you notice issues and take action.
- A proactive team-first attitude you jump in where needed and support your crew.
- Clear and respectful communication with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability you show up ready to do your part in getting meals out the door.
- A safety-first mindset that cares for yourself and those around you.
- Previous experience in production warehouse or food handling is great but not essential. Well give you the training you need to succeed.
