The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Relationship Associate to join our dynamic Agribusiness team. This isnt just a support role; its a launchpad for your career in agribusiness banking. You will work alongside a team of experienced Agribusiness Managers supporting them with a diverse and complex portfolio of customers.

This role provides a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in loan structuring credit analysis and relationship management paving the way for your future as an Agribusiness Banker.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Senior Relationship Associate you will be a key player in our team responsible for:

• Building Strong Customer Relationships: Engage directly with our agribusiness customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Supporting Our Agribusiness Managers: Work collaboratively to manage complex loan applications conduct financial analysis and provide tailored solutions from our full suite of products.
• Driving Business Growth: Play an active role in deepening customer relationships onboarding new clients and contributing to the teams performance goals.
• Developing Your Expertise: Take charge of your career development by enhancing your credit assessment lending and relationship management skills with the support of your leaders.

What Youll Bring

You are an ambitious and proactive professional with a solid background in agribusiness agriculture or finance. You will have:

• Several years of experience in agribusiness or a related finance discipline.
• A strong commercial mindset with proven skills in financial analysis.
• A deep understanding of the end-to-end lending process including complex loan structuring and credit requirements.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A tertiary qualification in Agribusiness Finance or a related field.
• A genuine passion for supporting the agricultural sector and helping our customers succeed.
