Supporting our frontline Agribusiness Direct Managers your role as our Agribusiness Direct Service Associate is built on your expertise in engaging and communicating with customers to take genuine care in supporting their needs.
Using multiple digital channels including virtual and phone this team supports our existing customers to grow and attracts new customers to our Agribusiness proposition.
You will build a strong connection with new and existing customers in the under $750k lending space identifying opportunities to strengthen the business relationship. Working closely with the Agribusiness Direct Managers you will deliver win-win solutions that meet the customers needs and the Banks growth target and risk appetite.
In this dynamic and high-impact role youll make your mark by:
- Respond to customer requests for information or assistance
- Communicate with customers to gain insights into their business and banking requirements
- Match appropriate products/services to our customers needs
- Prepare and administer loan files including processing of documentation loan applications and evaluations
- Manage the end-to-end loan application process including preparing application forms and credit submissions settlements file administration and maintenance
- Complete annual reviews
- Monitor loan arrears and account irregularities taking appropriate action with customers
What youll bring to the role
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Knowledge or qualifications in agribusiness finance or a related discipline
- An understanding of agriculture and farming will see you thrive in this role
- Experience working as a banking officer or customer relationship manager
- Willingness to learn and apply new information at pace as we have excellent training and development to build your knowledge.
