Job Summary

Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales As an Inbound Sales Intern you will engage with customers who have expressed interest in our services. Youll follow up via phone and email qualify their requests and connect them with our Sales Advisors - ensuring every customer receives clear friendly and timely support from the very first interaction.

We are looking for one German and one French speaker to join at the beginning of next year. If youre ready apply now - we guarantee a fast interview process!

Job Type: Internship (6 months)

Working Hours: 40 hrs/ week

Availability: 80-100%

Tasks

  • Contact customers who have requested to be contacted (no cold calling)
  • Follow up via phone and email to understand their needs and expectations
  • Qualify their request based on defined criteria to ensure proper routing
  • Provide clear helpful first insights about our products/services and hand off to Sales Advisors
  • Keep accurate and updated information in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Advisors to ensure smooth lead progression
  • Participate in team meetings coaching and continuous improvement sessions

Requirements

  • Fluent in Englisch and French (written and spoken) or German and Englisch (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
