Working Hours: 40 hrs/ week
Availability: 80-100%
Tasks
- Contact customers who have requested to be contacted (no cold calling)
- Follow up via phone and email to understand their needs and expectations
- Qualify their request based on defined criteria to ensure proper routing
- Provide clear helpful first insights about our products/services and hand off to Sales Advisors
- Keep accurate and updated information in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Advisors to ensure smooth lead progression
- Participate in team meetings coaching and continuous improvement sessions
Requirements
- Fluent in Englisch and French (written and spoken) or German and Englisch (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
