About the Role

Our client is urgently seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for their Iselin/Woodbridge NJ office (onsite).

Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury litigation files from intake through resolution.
Draft and prepare complaints discovery motions and settlement demands.
Gather organize and summarize medical records and case documentation.
Communicate with clients providers insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
Schedule depositions IMEs hearings and maintain attorney calendars.
Handle state court e-filings and monitor all deadlines.

Requirements

3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience (preferred)
Strong litigation support skills including drafting case management and discovery
Ability to work onsite 5 days/week
