Job Summary
Estate Planning Paralegal:
A 12-attorney law firm located in Northbrook is growing and looking to add an estate planning paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in trusts and estates.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate planning administration and probate.
Prepare probate court filings
Manage and organize client files and records.
Coordinate and communicate with clients beneficiaries and financial institutions.
Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of2years of experience as a Trust and Estates Paralegal administration/probate experience required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
